Marian Williams
Chief Finance Officer
Marian is employed with the PELCO Group as Chief Finance Officer. Marian is an experienced Group Financial Controller with multi-industry experience. Marian has worked with well-known hotel brands such as the O’Callaghan Collection and most recently, the PREM Group. She also has experience in management positions with Ireland’s restaurant and catering sectors. Marian’s role within the PELCO Group includes the preparation of budgets, cashflow, financial analysis, revenue reporting, payroll, tax returns, preparation of audits and year-end financial accounts.
Jason Doherty
Retail & Fresh Food Operations Manager
Jason Doherty is employed with Pelco as Retail & Fresh Food Operations Manager and is responsible for the all aspects of retail operational performance across the Pelco retail estate
Jason brings over 30 years’ experience to the company having worked in various senior management roles with some of Ireland’s best known national and international retailers such as Roches Stores, Dunnes Stores, Lidl and Musgrave Supervalu Centra. He has also held director level positions within loss prevention and hardware/builder’s merchants’ industry where he oversaw country operations for RGIS Ireland and was sales and member services director for United Hardware Ltd.
Jason’s hands on experience allows him to work closely with Pelco group store management teams in the delivery of best-in-class retailing, exceptional store standards and delivery of all corporate KPI’s
