Patrick Scott Shanny

The PELCO Groups Human Resource Manager.

Patrick is employed with the PELCO Group Human Resource Manager. Patrick has worked in HR roles for over ten years with industry-leading retailers, such as Dunnes Stores and Musgraves (SuperQuinn/SuperValu). He has also held supervisor and management roles within the hospitality, food and beverage and telecommunications sectors. Before joining the PELCO Group, Patrick was the Human Resource Manager with The Grand Hotel Group. Patrick’s hands-on experience enables him to provide practical support and guidance to the management team and PELCO colleagues at all employment levels

Paul Renshaw

The PELCO Groups Retail Manager 

Paul is employed with the PELCO Group as Retail Manager, where he is responsible for the group’s strategic direction and sales goal. Before joining the PELCO Group, Paul had spent ten years with The Walt Disney Company. He opened the first ever Walt Disney Store in Ireland before progressing to Area Manager of Ireland, the Nordics Countries and Germany.  

Erica Gavigan

The PELCO Fresh Food Operations Manager

Erica is employed with the PELCO Group as Fresh Food Operations Manager and is responsible for all fresh food operations across our business. Erica has brought with her a wealth of experience and expertise. She has worked for industry-leading retail brands such as SuperQuinn, Supervalu and Donnybrook Fair for over 10 years in roles such as Fresh Food Manager as well as Store Manager. Erica has won multiple awards such as Shelflife Manager of the year in 2022 and Shelflife Overall National Delicatessen Manager of the Year in 2016. Erica also brings international experience to the PELCO Group, where she worked in Pusateri’s Fine Foods and the famous Sweet Potato Natural Foods Store in Canada.

Marian Williams

Finance Manager 

Marian is employed with the PELCO Group as Finance Manager. Marian is an experienced Group Financial Controller with multi-industry experience. Marian has worked with well-known hotel brands such as the O’Callaghan Collection and most recently, the PREM Group. She also has experience in management positions with Ireland’s restaurant and catering sectors. Marian’s role within the PELCO Group includes the preparation of budgets, cashflow,  financial analysis, revenue reporting, payroll, tax returns, preparation of audits and year-end financial accounts.

Emma FitzGerald

The PELCO Group Maintenance and Operations Manager

Emma’s background is in Retail Management and Business Administration. She has worked for global brands such as Virgin Media, Shire Pharmaceuticals, and the Broadcom Corporation. Emma also brings to the PELCO Group international experience where she was employed by Legal, Medical and Realty organisations in Canada. Emma’s focus within the PELCO Group includes the delivery of key targets through efficient day-to-day operations, the management of plant, machinery, and equipment suppliers as well as the maintenance and operations of the PELCO Group network of service stations and convenience stores. 

Linda Callaghan

Health Safety and Compliance Manager

Linda’s career began in the Financial Sector with the Bank of Ireland and Securicor (now part of Brinks Security Company). She moved to the retail sector, where her interest in quality food began. Before joining the PELCO Group Management Team, Linda operated a delicatessen in a busy Service Station in Kildare. Since joining the PELCO Group, Linda’s career has advanced from Assistant Fresh Food Manager to Health Safety and Compliance Manager. She is now responsible for both Food Safety and Health, Safety and Welfare, operational compliance, and training over 250 colleagues in “all things” safety within the PELCO Group.
